Step 2 — Blueprint Submission

Please email your blueprint PDF directly to us at gshvacdesign@gmail.com Make sure the PDF includes, All floors in a single PDF, Room labels and dimensions, Elevations (if available), Window and door schedules (if available)

Accepted formats: CAD export (most accurate), Revit, Bluebeam, or high-resolution scanned PDF with clear room labels and dimensions. (You Can Take a Picture of the plans but everything on it must be visible and can be easily read).

Step 3 — Foundation Type

What type of foundation will the house be? This helps us accurately calculate the home’s heating and cooling loads.(required)

Step 4 — Basement Details

Basement Type — Will the House be a Full Basement or Daylight/Walkout

Step 5 — Square Footage

Step 6 — Number of Stories

How many stories will be built? This helps us calculate room-by-room loads and multi-story air distribution accurately.(required)

Step 7 — HVAC System Type

What type of heating and cooling distribution system are you planning to put in/outside of house?(required)

Step 8 — Heating System

What will be the primary heating system? This determines equipment recommendations.(required)

Step 9 — Building Envelope (Optional)

Override insulation and air sealing values if known. If left blank, we’ll try to identify them from your blueprint. If we can’t, we’ll use industry defaults.

Step 10 — Building Orientation

Tip: Selecting Not Sure will use climate-based estimates, affecting accuracy by ~5-10%.

Which direction will the front of your building face? Knowing your building’s orientation helps us calculate accurate solar heat gains for each room, improving system sizing by up to 20%.(required)
